Villa Mathis is characterized by a minimalist design and spans three distinct levels. The entrance welcomes guests on the ground floor, revealing part of the sleeping area: a master bedroom suite with private bathroom and terrace overlooking a small garden with a green lawn, and a second master bedroom suite with an en-suite bathroom and balcony. The lower floor, fully windowed, houses another master suite with a private bathroom and two double beds. The upper floor hosts the living area, a bright space that includes a modern kitchen, dining room, and living room with large panoramic windows opening onto the terrace with a pool and spectacular views of the gulf and port. A patio door from the kitchen leads to another terrace, and a staircase leads to the panoramic solarium with a relaxation area. A practical guest bathroom completes the living area.
