INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This refined villa with direct beach access is set over two levels and features bright, functional interiors. On the ground floor, the living area with sea view opens onto the dining space and the separate, fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, a large gazebo hosts a second kitchen with cooking facilities, ideal for open-air dining. A small annex with bunk beds and a service bathroom completes the ground floor. The upper level houses the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with a French bed and a single bed, served by a bathroom with shower. A practical outdoor shower is available in the rear garden.

A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on the guest’s physical credit card. The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay; processing times vary depending on the bank. Damages or rule violations may result in partial or full deductions.
FINAL CLEANING AND ESSENTIAL SERVICES
The cost of final cleaning and the initial set of bed linen and towels is not included in the base rate and will be charged separately. Additional linen changes are available on request.
