The entrance welcomes guests on the ground floor, revealing part of the sleeping area: a master bedroom suite with private bathroom and terrace overlooking a small garden with a green lawn, and a second master bedroom suite with an en-suite bathroom and balcony. The lower floor, fully windowed, houses another master suite with a private bathroom and two double beds. The upper floor hosts the living area, a bright space that includes a modern kitchen, dining room, and living room with large panoramic windows opening onto the terrace with a pool and spectacular views of the gulf and port. A patio door from the kitchen leads to another terrace, and a staircase leads to the panoramic solarium with a relaxation area. A practical guest bathroom completes the living area.
Every room is air-conditioned to ensure comfort in every season. Two private parking spaces are reserved in the driveway, accessible via an automatic gate. Combining contemporary style and functionality, Villa Mathis is the ideal place for a luxurious and tranquil stay.
