Villa Relais spans approximately 250 sqm and is surrounded by a large private estate sloping gently towards the sea. The entrance leads to a bright open-plan living area with an American-style kitchen, featuring juniper-wood beams and refined furnishings. The dining area opens directly onto the covered veranda and private pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The villa offers four spacious double bedrooms and four modern bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Every room is air-conditioned and equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi.

The villa boasts generous outdoor areas immersed in nature, including a beautiful private swimming pool overlooking the Gallura landscape. The covered veranda, furnished for outdoor dining, enjoys a panoramic sea view. The private garden features manicured green spaces, natural shaded areas, and a relaxing atmosphere. Private parking is available within the property.

Porto Cervo can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car. A car is recommended to explore the beaches and local attractions comfortably.

• Where applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on actual usage and charged at the end of the stay.
• A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorized on the guest’s credit card (the physical card must be present).
• The amount will be automatically released after check-out; release times depend solely on the guest’s bank.
• In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover the costs.

• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may feature small imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term tourist rentals.

• After booking, an online check-in is required (document and selfie upload for all guests).
• Personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed; the contract will be in Italian and a courtesy translation in English is provided.

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Guests must use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.

• Baby cot or high chair: €35.00 each

Standard check-in: 16:00 – 20:00 (depending on availability and cleaning schedules).

Late check-in fees:

• 20:00 – 23:00 → €40 (on request)
• 23:00 – 01:00 → €60 (on request)
• After 01:00 → subject to approval
