Payments and Security Deposit

• Electricity, water, and gas consumption are included in the price.


• A security deposit will be held on the guest’s credit card at check-in (card must be physically present and under the guest’s name).


• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time may vary depending on your bank).


• In the event of damage or rule violations, a portion of the deposit may be withheld to cover costs.

Tourist Tax

To be paid in cash upon arrival, in accordance with local regulations.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

• Online check-in is required after booking (ID and selfie upload for all guests).


• Data is handled in accordance with the GDPR.


• A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; we provide a courtesy English version.

Key Delivery

Key delivery and document signing will take place directly at the villa during check-in with a Klodge representative.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door waste sorting system is active. Please purchase the designated bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
