Casa VERA, einst Pferdestall des antiken Palastes, gehörte Lord Guinigi (14. Jahrhundert), jetzt wurde es in eine gemütliche Wohnung mit einem privaten umzäunten Garten umgewandelt. Die Renovierung wurde nach höchsten Standards durchgeführt und umfasst 2 komfortable Schlafzimmer (beide mit Kingsize-Betten), 2 Badezimmer, beide mit großen eingebauten Duschen, KLIMAANLAGE, WIFI, einen privaten umzäunten Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen und einem kleinen Sofa Art von Küchengerät und Utensilien.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen doppelten Eingang, einen vom Garten und einen von der Straße. Es besteht aus: einem geräumigen Wohnbereich mit Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Esszimmer, 2 Doppelschlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern und einem Waschraum, komplett ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine/Trockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.
Die Wohnung ist den ganzen Tag über der Sonne ausgesetzt, wodurch es den ganzen Tag über sehr hell ist, was in Italien eine Seltenheit ist!
Die Lage ist die ruhigste und schönste, mit Blick auf die Gärten, aus denen das schöne Zwitschern der Vögel ertönt.
Die Wohnung eignet sich für zwei befreundete Paare, die zusammen reisen, da die Schlafzimmer- und Badezimmeraufteilung Privatsphäre für alle bietet. Es ist perfekt für zwei Freunde, die nicht das gleiche Schlafzimmer und das gleiche Badezimmer teilen möchten, sowie für eine vierköpfige Familie.

Der Gast kann auf dem Parkplatz an der Piazza Santa Maria parken, bevor er das Apartment erreicht. Wenn Sie dem Straßenschild folgen, können Sie den ZTL-Bereich umgehen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht außerhalb der Stadtmauern am Piazzale Don Baroni zur Verfügung.

We found the recycling of garbage somewhat confusing. We suggest that there are separate bins in the house, colour-coded and labelled appropriately particularly for the food etc waste.

If 4 people are staying it would be nice to figure out a way to add a chair to the sitting area so everyone can sit together and relax. The ottoman works but isn’t super comfortable. But I really enjoyed the stay.

The owners are clearly cultured people plenty of books, lovely decorations. Mrs Soni provided top class service and we loved her. Were we to return to Lucca we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We just returned from a fantastic month in Lucca in this exquisite apartment just inside the walls close to the P. Santa Maria and San Frediano. This was my 3rd stay in Lucca and my 3rd time renting from Mrs. Sonia, who manages a wide range of really beautiful apartments in Lucca. Mrs. Sonia is professional, organized, responsive, and kind. Her properties are well maintained, clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. This bright and beautiful antique-filled apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms with comfortable large beds and lots of storage. The 2 large, modern, fully-tiled bathrooms (1 ensuite and 1 off the hallway) have huge rain shower heads and top of the line plumbing fixtures. The living room and kitchen are on the smaller side they are open to each other through a lovely high archway and have very high ceilings and 3 large double windows looking across the street & open space to the historic walls. The narrow living room has a comfy large sofa & ottoman and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has a marble topped table with 4 chairs, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner gas cooktop, oven (all new appliances) and plenty of dishes, tableware, and cookware. The lighting throughout the apartment is excellent, with a beautiful Venetian chandelier in the kitchen, sconces in the living room, hall, and bedroom, georgeous antique lamps in the living room and bedrooms, and modern ceiling lighting throughout. The flooring is antique tile from Florence laid in a herringbone pattern with nice throw rugs to make things cozy one bedroom has beautiful wood floors. Both bedrooms are in the back of the apartment away from the street, so they are quiet at night, and both have luxurious ceiling to floor heavy silk draperies which make the rooms very dark for sleeping but when pulled back in the day fill the rooms with loads of natural light and lovely views of the private gated garden which is equipped with a table, 4 chairs, umbrella, & chaise lounge. The apartment's location is a 2 minute walk from the walls, the main shopping street, many bakeries & cafes, and is an easy walk to public transportation. The large supermarket outside the walls is an easy 5 min walk. There is a music school nearby so on some days you can hear lovely notes wafting across the private gated parking area behind the apartment. We loved everything about this apartment: the location, the very kind owners (who live upstairs), Mrs. Sonia, and Lucca. Looking forward to returning next year!

The property was exactly as advertised, and in a good location in Lucca. It was on a fairly busy street during the day, but very quiet at night. Loved the front bedroom, with the French doors to patio. A little inconvenient with the bathroom off the mehr anzeigen
