Curato nei dettagli e con stile, silenzioso nel complesso (essendo all'ultimo piano) si gode di un'ottima vista e panorama (sia dalle camere che dalla sala pranzo). Munito di ascensore (sino al penultimo piano) e posto biciclette nell'androne del palazzo. Abbiamo soggiornato per oltre 4 settimane e la permanenza è stata molto piacevole. L'agenzia si è dimostrata attenta e disponibile sin dall'inizio stabilendo un ottimo rapporto con il cliente. Francesco

We stayed for 7 fun filled days in October 2019 in this great apartment, it is located within easy walking distance of everything in Lucca, and our hosts were very accomodating. Let us check in early and check out lateearly. They also made some greatmehr anzeigen
We stayed for 7 fun filled days in October 2019 in this great apartment, it is located within easy walking distance of everything in Lucca, and our hosts were very accomodating. Let us check in early and check out lateearly. They also made some great recommendations for a Taxi pick up service from Pisa International Airport (Tau Touring) who were on time and very reasonable. Just one word of advise, the apartment is on the third floor so if you dont like steps (most of Lucca is 3-4 floors high without lifts) think carefully.

This property has been a standout for us. Absolutely beautiful view and spacious apartment. Fully equipped in the old town, within walking distance from station if you walk towards the main entrance for car traffic it's easier to cross into the old tmehr anzeigen
This property has been a standout for us. Absolutely beautiful view and spacious apartment. Fully equipped in the old town, within walking distance from station if you walk towards the main entrance for car traffic it's easier to cross into the old town without pulling suitcases up and down too many steps alternatively taxis are at the station. The apartment is very clean and secure there is a lift with a dozenso steps left to walk up . No air-conditioning but we already knew that so keep that in mind if you are there in the middle of summer. Overall this really is great value and Lucca is absolutely fabulous.

We really enjoyed staying at Lucca Apartments and Villas property. Great location and the views were wonderful from all windows. Sonya met us and showed us around and there were plenty of books and leaflets to read about what was on in Lucca and the mehr anzeigen

The apartment is very well equipped and staying for 7 nights was really lovely. We felt very much at home for the whole time and the character of the place gave a wonderful atmosphere. We have stayed in Lucca many times and would love to stay here again. We hired bikes from the bike hire shop 3 doors away for most of the week and so felt like 'locals'! This is lovely, modern apartment in a historic building within the walls of Lucca. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, there is a good size elevator available. The location could not be better. It is a short walk to the Amphitheater section amehr anzeigen
This is lovely, modern apartment in a historic building within the walls of Lucca. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, there is a good size elevator available. The location could not be better. It is a short walk to the Amphitheater section and to the Via Fillungo, the heart of the city. Restaurants are located everywhere, the train station is less than a 15 minutes walk away, the Amphitheater and the center of town less than a 10 minute away.
The owner met at the apartment and explained everything to us. Importantly, there was a wonderful binder in the apartment loaded with useful information, everything from when to discard the different types of garbage to where to find someone to come in and cook a meal for you. We can't recommend too much a stay in this truly great city in this lovely apartment. |

My husband and I had visited other places in Tuscany, but not the charming town of Lucca. We read about it online and saw this apartment, and it's excellent reviews, and suddenly our trip plan gelled perfectly. We arrived by car, on a rainy day, and mehr anzeigen
My husband and I had visited other places in Tuscany, but not the charming town of Lucca. We read about it online and saw this apartment, and it's excellent reviews, and suddenly our trip plan gelled perfectly. We arrived by car, on a rainy day, and despite having a Euro GPS, we had trouble finding the parking garage. So it took a bit of time to get settled into our home for the next 9 nights. In hindsight, I needed to have done a bit more research on how the town is laid out, using google maps. But once we got checked in by Mrs. Sonia, any arrival stress from the parking issue gradually gave way to our discovery of all of the sensory delights that Lucca held in store for us! We unpacked and set out to eat the food of Lucca, which is not only exquisite Tuscan cuisine, but offered in many variations, by many styles of eateries, in seemingly boundless abundance. It didn't take long to learn the town. All the walking, whether making rightwrong turns, helped us burn the burgeoning caloric intake, as well as suddenly reveal thrilling sights, like Piazza San Michelle, with it's stunning facade and amazing statuary on top quite a fitting architectural emblem, and a 'crowing' of this jewel of a city. Our plan had been to make day trips from Lucca with the car. We made only one because, as we spent time wandering Lucca's enchanting lanes, I realized I had no desire to go anywhere else! All the food, the beautiful shops, bar/cafes, and friendly locals, became the entire focus of our visit. We tried two of the recommended "ristorantes" on Mrs. Sonia's list, along with other style eateries, and all will be memorable to us forever. There was a small "Osteria," where we had the most delicious lunch, in their still verdant garden, in perfectly sublime September weather. It was not only the pleasantness of the smooth wine - we found the whole town to be intoxicating! One memory stands out: we were treated to samples of sweet cakes and breads from a bakery shop, just around the corner. The baker himself, kept giving us free bites. His passion for his culinary art, and for sharing it with us was fabulous fun!
The apartment is safe, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked we left tea and jam for the next guest. Many thanks to Mrs. Sonia for helping us to create beautiful Tuscan experience and memories in her beautiful city of Lucca. |

Hi Lucca Apartments and Villas, we certainly want everyone to know about your wonderful apartment in beautiful Lucca! We had such a great time. From the beginning, when Sonia mets us and explained everything, until the end when you kindly arranged for our taxi to the airport, our stay was perfect. The apartment is lovely - well furnished, light and airy, with views of Lucca's rooftops from every window. We had everything we needed, including an elevator, which was so welcome after hours of walking! The location of the apartment is ideal- close to restaurants, groceries and shopping ( and the fine Lucca Italian School), yet there was no noise. We especially loved Nonna Clara, the little trattoria nearby, where the food was delicious and the owner and staff were so friendly. Another thing we loved was our cooking class with Giuseppe. It was one of the highlights of our stay and we thank you for the recommendation. Lucca is such a magical place - seemingly spared from modernization and development. Other than a few very hot days, we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful week. 5 stars! Best regards, Helen and Abby

My sister and I have just spent 11 nights in Casa Baino, a top floor apartment in an old, delightful building with fabulous views and full of charm. This property is well maintained and well managed by Sonia who was helpful and easy to deal with. She met us at the property with the keys and we never needed to contact her again. Everything worked well and it was very clean and comfortable. For an old property it is amazingly light, airy, quiet, spacious and was perfect for our holiday in Tuscany. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen easy to use and well stocked and home cooked meals looking out at the hills beyond after a busy day walking and sightseeing were just what we needed. We enjoy walking and travelled about each day using public transport. The train station is 10 mins. away, the bus station 15 mins., the supermarket 2 mins., the walls 5 mins. and the Piazza Anfiteatro is 3 mins. away. So well situated. Pisa, Viareggio, Florence, Pietrasanta and the villages of Barga, Bagni di Lucca, Montecarlo and Montecatini, all within easy reach but every day we were happy to return to lovely Lucca and Casa Baino for a meal ina meal out and a good night's sleep. A perfect holiday.

Lucca is a walking experience. We found the location of our apartment to be perfect for our daily forays into the the lovely winding streets of the town. Anything you might want, breakfast, cappuccino, winea good meal was just a few steps from the frmehr anzeigen

The apartment itself is nicely furnished and being able to open the windows for lovely fresh air was a bonus. Be sure to bring a variety of electrical current converters, the ones in the apartment are two prong.
The top floor location makes for some great local views and the building itself is quiet at all times of the day. If we return to Lucca we'll look forward to returning to this location. |

Some of the time I had friends visiting and for about 8-9 days I was alone.I felt very secure when alone. Mrs Sonia was very accurate in her description of the apt. She was very helpful and always available.I booked the apt.on the internet from home and since I rented several times from Mrs Sonia I felt ver comfortable. It was with pleasure to discover how accurate were the pictures and description of the Baino Apartment. The restaurants were delightful and everything within walking distance and convenient. My niece's engagement was celebrated in a near-by restaurant. I cannot say enough how wonderful my stay was. The restoration of the building and apt.were done to perfection. I live in an historic area in NYC and recognize how well done the restoration was. My age is 57 years but the apt. was perfect for other ages since the apartment come with elevator. We walked everywhere in my neighborhood. A car is not necessary in Lucca either. Trains and buses are close by and convenient. I hope this is helpful.
