Parts of this stylish vacation rental in Arsina were first built in the 16th century as annexes of the noble villa in which the owners still resides part of the year; followed by updates and a recent renovation, Tramonto Farmhouse looks out over the timeless landscape of the Tuscan vineyards, woods and olive groves.
Use the panoramic grounds and the private pool and five bedrooms as the setting for a quiet family reunion or an intimate retreat, or simply as a base to explore the region’s historic sites and world-famous vineyards and towns. Make memories enjoying the porch by the pool with the outdoor kitchen boasting built-in BBQ and a cooking island, a treat for foodies and a landmark of this luxury home. Though the traditional cotto tiles, stone walls and warm Tuscan tones Tramonto Farmhouse speaks to the home’s history, the lovingly updated interiors ensure that guests with twenty-first-century expectations will stay in comfort while large modern windows opening to the countryside are a constant reminder of the beautiful surroundings.
Due to the terraced land and a river just aside the house we believe that the villa is not suitable for children thus only adults and teens will be accepted.
Tramonto Farmhouse is located only 15 minutes away from the hidden pearl city of Lucca, 40 minutes from Pisa Airport, 40 minutes from the coast, one hour from Florence and Cinque Terre and one hour and a half from Siena.
