Passed down through the years, the house carries the soul of a family who has gathered here every summer—sharing meals under the trees, laughter echoing through the rooms, and quiet moments soaking in the golden light of late afternoons. Every detail speaks of care and continuity: wooden beams worn smooth with age, terracotta tiles that radiate warmth, and interiors filled with the unmistakable feeling of a home that has been truly lived in and loved.

Inside, the atmosphere is inviting and deeply personal. A sunlit sitting room beckons for afternoon reading or quiet conversation, while the dining room feels made for long, joyful dinners that stretch late into the evening. TO KNOW: The caretaker lives in a separate guesthouse on the property and is available if needed. Two friendly Labrador dogs are kept in a fenced area and occasionally accompany the caretaker to the garden or henhouse, always away from guests. They are playful and used to being around children.

The pool depth is from 20 cms to 2,7 meters
