INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Maestrale B-Flat is a cozy one-bedroom apartment (60 sqm): on the spacious covered veranda facing the sea, you can relax and enjoy an enchanting panorama. The view stretches from the Lo Squalo and Pittulongu beaches to the entire bay in front, where crystal-clear waters alternate with patches of seaweed. The veranda, with a wooden roof and beams, hosts a comfortable dining table and chairs. One corner of the veranda is also equipped with a secondary external kitchen with burners and a sink. The accommodation has enough space for four guests: the living room hosts the relaxation area with a LED TV and sofa, a spacious and well-organized kitchen corner with a fridge/freezer, and an oven. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower; the sofa in the living room can comfortably accommodate two people. Both the living room and the bedroom are air-conditioned. It is possible to park for free along the street.
DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Maestrale B-Flat represents the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the sea with convenience, without the need to use a car and moving only on foot. Within a radius of 500 meters, there are all the necessary shops to meet daily needs. Our guests greatly appreciate the proximity to the beach, about 50 meters away. A car is not necessary since the area is well served by public transport: the N4 bus stop is a few steps away. The property is located in a well-kept residential complex consisting of small terraced houses overlooking a sloping terrain towards the sea; the complex has a small internal courtyard and a square for common use. The Lo Squalo, Il Pellicano, and Pittulongu beaches are well equipped with bathing and dining services. Easily reachable on foot are the district services such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The area hosts numerous beach kiosks where you can relax in the evening, sipping a glass of wine or a good cocktail, and enjoying some typical appetizers. Some good spots include Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, the fish restaurant Trattoria Rossi in Pittulongu, Mamabeach in Pittulongu, Ristorante Lo Squalo (50 meters from the accommodation), and Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with good local cuisine.

The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.

Essential services for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialized external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest.
If specified, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated based on actual consumption and must be paid at the end of your stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.
Tourist Tax – Payable only cash upon arrival.
Arrival Details
After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival.
Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags. At the end of your stay, kindly dispose of any remaining waste properly.
