Description
Residenza G&J consists of three brand new two-room flats (opening April 2023) of 40 sqm each located in Pacengo, a characteristic district in the municipality of Lazise. Only 200 metres away there are excellent restaurants, cocktail and wine bars, a tea room and a pharmacy. The beach is approximately 700 metres away and can be reached on foot downhill. Just 1.5kw away there are the well known amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld.
Shortly after the residence, a private building is currently under renovation, so noise may be heard during the day and the free parking available must be reached along the main road (approx. 300 metres).
The highlight of the residence is definitely the magnificent shared rooftop sun terrace with a wide lake view, furnished with 3 coffee tables, a large sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers for guests' use. Here you will also find a convenient shower to cool off on hot summer days and a washing machine for common use.
The flat on the ground floor consists of a spacious living area with a kitchen, a snack bar with 4 stools, a lounge area with satellite TV, and a sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children). The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The cosy sleeping area offers a double bed and a modern open wardrobe. Bathroom with shower box, toilet, bidet. Free wifi and air conditioning available for guests. Possibility of free public parking 100 metres away. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking flat. At walking distance it is possible to reach a bike rental and a nice swimming pool with discounted tickets for our guests.
We recommend Residenza G&J to anyone who is looking for a starting point to visit the beauty of Lake Garda, but wants to enjoy the proximity to a commercial area, the beach and loves to relax while enjoying a good glass of wine with a sunset view!

The apartment was newly renovated, so it was very modern and clean. We were able to fit 4 people in this apartment. We were in the apartment on the ground level, and we had friends staying in the apartment above us. It was close to the beach and the beach had two beach restaurants which were convenient for drinks, food and gelato. Rental of bikes and water equipment were close by. I also liked that it was in a quaint residential area, yet many restaurants were in walking distance. The best part was the roof top! We spent many mornings and evenings on the roof top, enjoying the view of the lake and mountains while eating breakfast or enjoying a late-night glass of wine with our friends. The roof top also had a shower if you wanted to rinse off after sunbathing.

Angefangen mit der freundlichen und kompetenten Schlüsselübergabe mit allen notwendigen und einigen nützlichen Informationen über Sauberkeit, Lage und Einrichtung dieser Ferienwohnung hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt in Ihrer Ferienwohnung in Pacengo! Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet und ausgestattet und erst vor wenigen Monaten frisch renoviert worden. Trotz ruhiger Lage konnten wir in weniger als 10 Fußminuten den Strand des Gardasees erreichen. Von der Dachterrasse zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung mit den Gästen der beiden anderen Ferienwohnungen konnten wir ein tolles Panorama über den See genießen. Es war ein gelungener Aufentahlt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und hat alles was von uns benötigt wurde. Zur Info: mit meinem Telekomvertrag habe ich kein Mobilfunkempfang in der Wohnung, aber sehr schnelles WLAN. Auf der Dachterrasse kein WLAN, dafür aber Mobilfunkempfang. Die Lage ist gut, ein großer Parkplatz ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Der Ort in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist ruhig, es gibt ein paar Restaurants / Weinbars. Einen Eisladen haben wir leider nicht gefunden. Zum Strand waren es ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß bergab. Kleine Gassen mit Geschäften sucht man in diesem Ort vergebens, als Homebase aber sehr zu empfehlen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in andere Orte gefahren.

Lovely two-room apartment located on the first floor of the quiet Gardenia residential complex in Lazise, about 1.2 km from the centre of Lazise (15 minutes on foot) and 1.5 km from the beach. The intimate residential context of only 8 units has a condominium swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09), and a large green area. The apartment, renovated in 2025, opens onto the living area with a view of the pool and has a small balcony furnished with a table, chairs and sun shade. The living room has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator with a freezer cell, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, kettle, toaster and American coffee machine. Double sofa bed, wifi, satellite TV and air conditioning positioned in the corridor between the living area and the bedroom. Bathroom with toilet, new shower cabin and hairdryer. The double bedroom, with access to the shaded terrace at the back, has a spacious wardrobe, safe, ceiling fan, double bed and single sofa bed. Covered parking space in the garage and cellar with washing machine and 2 bicycles available for guests. Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
