Brand new three-room apartment (opened in May 2022) of about 75 sqm located in Colà di Lazise in a quiet residential complex. The farmhouse-style apartment, located on the first floor and easily accessible by elevator, can accommodate up to 5 people and features a bright living area with a spacious and modern kitchen equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room is furnished with particular attention to details, with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate one person, a satellite TV, and air conditioning. The large window overlooks a spacious covered terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue to enjoy outdoor lunches and a rocking lounger to relax during the cooler hours. The accommodation has two bedrooms with wardrobes, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds that can be joined. Windowed bathroom with washing machine, shower box, and hairdryer. The complex offers a lovely swimming pool with a solarium area nestled in the greenery (guaranteed opening period 01/06-30/09). A private parking space is available for guests. WiFi NOT available. Starting from April 2025, a construction site for a new residence will be in front of the apartment, so during the day, noise may be heard on the terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

In Lazise gibt es keine Mülltonnen auf der Straße, so dass die Gäste wählen können, ob sie eine ökologische Insel aufsuchen, wo sie ihre Abfälle mit einem von der Agentur ausgestellten Pass entsorgen können, oder ob sie das Haus-zu-Haus-Sammelsystem nutzen.. Nur in einigen großen Wohnanlagen gibt es aus organisatorischen Gründen Mülleime. Wir hoffen, Sie bald in einer unserer Unterkünfte begrüßen zu dürfen. Strand vlot bereikbaar (met de auto). Regarda heeft ons heel vlot geholpen bij problemen met de elektriciteit op de eerste dag. Weinig verbeterpunten, zeer goede communicatie en service, waarvoor nogmaals bedankt! Ook de wine tasting en de fles wijn bij aankomt was een leuke attentie! Bedankt op ons verlof zo fijn te verzorgen.

Wir sind eine kleine, junge Familie und haben eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Alles war wie beschrieben und vor Ort sogar besser als wir es uns ausgemalt hatten. Sehr große Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Auch die Außenanlagen und Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Eine eigene Parkmöglichkeit war vorhanden. Kleine Kritikpunkte: - kein WLAN und auch Handyempfang nicht sehr gut - ausschließlich italienische TV Sender - Mieter ist für die Müllentsorgung verantwortlich, leider einige Kilometer entfernt Dies soll aber unsere Zufriedenheit nicht schmälern, würden dennoch jederzeit wieder durch buchen! Absolut empfehlenswert.
