Newly built three-rooms apartment (June 2017) located in Lazise, just 1.5 km from the town centre. The apartment complex is composed by 6 nice apartments, a shared swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09), a shared garden to sunbathe (sunchairs at disposal) and a tennis/soccer court. Each apartment has got his own secure parking. The bright apartment is newly and elegantly furnished and is composed by living room with modern kitchen and a leather double bed sofa. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Also at disposal Tv-SAT, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, ironing table, ironing, vacuum cleaner and safe at disposal. Big terrace equipped with table, chairs and parasols for a nice outside dining experience. Modern bathroom with shower box and window. Double bedroom with TV, big wardrobe and direct access to the rear terrace equipped with table and chairs for a nice breakfast outside. Bedroom with a single bed and a singlebed sofa. Pets not allowed. No smoking apartment.

We have stayed in various locations in the Lake Garda area and this was one of our favourites. The apartment is modern and clean, with a very private pool area and tennis/football court for our kids. Lazise is about 20 mins walk away, however the lake itself is about 10 mins walk. Lazise is one of our favourite towns on the lake due to its location near GardaLand and Peschiera where you can find the train station amd major shopping centers.

Schöne Wohnung und sehr hilfsbereiter Service. Als wir ankamen lief das Wasser im Klo ununterbrochen, nach kurzer Zeit kam der Techniker zur Hilfe. Außerdem hatten wir Probleme mit der etwas alten Waschmaschine, welche am nächsten Morgen per Techniker behoben wurden. Trotzdem wäscht die Waschmaschine sehr lang. Die Damen von Regarda waren per Chat immer sehr nett, schnell und zuverlässig. Man gelangt zur Wohnung über zwei Tore, die per Fernbedienung zu öffnen sind. Dadurch fühlte man sich sehr sicher, jedoch funktionierte die Fernbedienung nicht immer. Per Code ließen die Tore sich aber dann öffnen. Die Wohnung hat alles nötige und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Den Pool können wir leider nicht bewerten, da er Anfang Mai noch nicht eröffnet wurde. Was uns nicht so gefiel war, dass wir unseren Müll auf der Mülldeponie selbst entsorgen mussten. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

L’appartement est très bien située, en hauteur, au calme, avec vue sur le lac dans une résidence entièrement sécurisée. Idéal pour passer des vacances en famille, l’appartement est neuf, il comporte 2 terrasses : une à l’arrière avec des chaises longues et une table pour profiter du soleil du matin, et un terrasse plus grande sur l’avant pour le soleil de l’après-midi. Possibilité de garer la voiture juste devant. Convient pour 4 à 6 personnes. Très bien équipé: lave-linge / lave-vaisselle/ four / micro-ondes / douche / bidet / climatisation / chauffage / linge de maison fournis. L’avantage est qu’il est neuf, mais il manque encore quelques ustensiles de cuisine ou de casseroles et de personnalisation. Le canapé du salon peut être modifié en lit, mais attention il n’y a pas de rideaux ou de volets sur la grande baie vitrée, et la lumière extérieure est allumée toute la nuit. J’ai signalé ce manque à l’agence qui gère la location, et qui devrait y remédier. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable.
