I Lecci 3 is laid out on one floor: the entrance (via a flight of stairs) leads to the living room and a kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, oven; the living area has a sitting area with a table, usable as a workstation for a PC; access to the covered veranda with dining table, sea view over the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and the surrounding vegetation; the sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Near the entrance, there is an uncovered parking space.

I Lecci 3 is located within the well-maintained residential complex called "I Lecci", nestled in the Mediterranean scrub with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs in the area: centuries-old junipers, olive trees, rock roses, myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and consists of only 2 residential buildings in a quiet and secluded context. The beautiful Ira beach is about 3 km away. A few km away is the popular restaurant with pool "Stella di Gallura", a popular destination in the summer period.
About 3.5 km, roughly a five-minute drive, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants, and known for its nightlife; here you can stroll along the characteristic marina where yachts of all sizes are moored.
