The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with a TV corner and a sofa bed for 2 guests, and a window with a sea view. The kitchen corner is well-equipped: stove, fridge/freezer, oven, and pull-out worktop. From the living room, you can access the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a numbered covered parking space. Access to the pool and tennis court is reserved for guests of the La Caletta complex.
LOCATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Casa 93 is located within the well-maintained residential complex "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo," nestled in 100,000 sqm of Mediterranean vegetation with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs of the area: centuries-old junipers, olive trees, rockroses, and myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, opposite Portisco, and consists of several small bodies spaced out to create a quiet and secluded environment. Guests have access to a communal pool and tennis court. The entire area slopes towards the sea, accessed via a sufficiently long and shallow beach, 450 meters away and reachable on foot through an internal road within the complex. Ira Beach is less than two kilometers away. The residence has parking spaces covered by Sardinian reeds (one per accommodation) and guest parking. Just before the entrance is the popular restaurant with a pool “Stella di Gallura,” a frequented destination in the summer. Less than two kilometers away, about five minutes by car, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants, and famous nightlife; here, you can stroll along the characteristic harbor where yachts of all sizes are moored.

Payments and Security Deposit

If applicable, electricity (and occasionally water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and charged at the end of your stay.
A security deposit will be required at check-in and blocked on the guest's credit card (physical card in the guest's name must be presented).
The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release timing depends on the guest’s bank).
In case of damage or rule violations, we reserve the right to withhold an amount to cover the cost of repairs.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

After booking, online check-in is required (uploading of ID documents and selfies for all guests).
Your data will be handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Guests are required to sign a tourist rental agreement. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided before arrival.


Key Collection
Keys are collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Disposal
A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate waste bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
