CACHI 2 est un appartement spacieux et lumineux situé au coeur du centre historique de Lucca, à PIAZZA SAN GIOVANNI, face à son église et offrant une vue magnifique sur la façade romane, marbres et carreaux de Carrare blancs. Chaque fenêtre est une image. Magnifique panorama depuis le balcon! Vue privilégiée sur la beauté de la place San Giovanni et des jardins intérieurs.
L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage d'un immeuble de réassurance et dispose d'un ascenseur. L'appartement est doté de la climatisation dans chaque chambre et d'une connexion wifi très fiable fournie par la compagnie de téléphone nationale.
Le luxe depuis le début: un ascenseur vous mène du niveau de la rue à la porte de l'appartement. L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage et se compose d'une entrée, d'un grand espace de journée lumineux avec canapé et sièges, d'une table pour 6 personnes donnant sur l'église et d'une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et ouverte. Un long couloir mène à la zone nuit où se trouvent deux chambres doubles avec lit king size et deux salles de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Une des chambres a une salle de bain et une fenêtre sur le jardin intérieur avec un grand arbre CACHI. Vue très suggestive, inoubliable à l'automne avec tous les fruits orange. L'autre chambre donne sur la terrasse, très panoramique et équipée d'une table et de chaises pour dîner. La vue est fantastique.
L'appartement est doté de tout le confort moderne: lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, buanderie avec sèche-linge, wifi et climatisation dans toutes les chambres.
Vous allez adorer l'atmosphère magique de cet endroit. Histoire d'un côté et commodités modernes de l'autre côté. Mobilier design. Lampes design. Détails extrêmement soignés. Il est important de savoir que les appartements ont récemment été totalement restaurés en 2016. Il est également important de savoir que le propriétaire est un architecte, un architecte d'intérieur ... et cela rend le résultat parfait.

The elevator is a wonderful addition to the amenities of the apartment. The book of information regarding the apartment facilities, grocery stores and restaurants, as well as activities nearby and outside the walls, parking, taxis, doctors, etc. was very helpful. We parked in Citadella and got a card to park which lasts for a month for 50 euros great value. Couldn't say a bad thing about the apartmentLucca. Loved them both.

We discovered charming Lucca a year ago when we took side trips into Tuscany from our home base in Florence. Our tour guide pointed this apartment out to us last year, and I couldn’t believe it was actually possible to rent for 120 euro per night! Itplus
We discovered charming Lucca a year ago when we took side trips into Tuscany from our home base in Florence. Our tour guide pointed this apartment out to us last year, and I couldn’t believe it was actually possible to rent for 120 euro per night! It is a spacious, comfortable living area, and so close to everything! Our 4 day Italian immersion before our cruise from Venice to Athens was everything and more than we had hoped for! Mrs Elizabeth was easy to communicate with in our pre travel queries, and once we got there we didn’t have a problem that we even needed to bother her with! Pinelli for cappuccino and croissants just around the corner, a few blocks away on Garibaldi the best sandwiches ever, and many great restaurants that were close. Bicycle riding on the city walls around the perimeter was a great activity. Getting out in Tuscany is great if you have a car. You do need to park outside the city walls, which requires minding a 24 hour pass in the Carducci parking lot 5 mins away, not a big issue though. The best feature is the little balcony in front where you can sit and enjoy the view and activities along the walls of beautiful Lucca! A superb choice for us!

Apartment was perfect location with everything easily accessible on foot, including the train station. Property managers were also very helpful in recommending car services, tour guides and even a chef for a cooking class. We could not have been happier with our choice! That said, two small items that I wish had been different. There was no place in either shower to put shampoo, soap, etc other than floor. It also would have been nice to have a coffee table in the sitting room to offer a place to put a drinksnacks when sitting on the couch. Very minor inconveniences compared to what we loved!

The kitchen was great and had everything you could need. The bedrooms were quite large with big comfy beds. The balcony was great and we used it all the time. The view from the front windows . When the windows were closed you could not hear anything plus

When the windows were closed you could not hear anything noise from the street. There is a lift in the building its slow but better than climbing the steps. The apartment is close to everything. We parked in Citadella and got a card to park which lasts for a month for 50 euros great value. Couldn't say a bad thing about the apartmentLucca. Loved them both.
