The villa is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, a living area consisting of a living room with a dining area and independent kitchen, two double bedrooms with garden views, and three bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite; on the upper floor, accessible via an external staircase, a refined outbuilding with two double bedrooms and an internal bathroom, equipped with an exclusive veranda and enchanting views of the Gulf. The external spaces complete the interiors: a path in the garden leads to the kidney-shaped pool with unique panoramic views, enriched by a small relaxation area with a juniper wood canopy and a large wooden sundeck with deck chairs, and an outdoor shower. The outdoor kitchen and covered dining area are perfect for outdoor conviviality. Two furnished verandas offer a place to rest on hot summer days or in the mild spring climate.
