Interior Description

Villa Rudargia is arranged on two levels and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms, two of which with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub, and one with an adjacent bathroom with shower. The first floor, accessed via an internal staircase, opens onto a spacious living room with dining area and guest bathroom, leading to a large covered veranda with pool and sea view. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. A garden-accessed annex offers a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, ideal for guests or staff.

Outdoor Spaces

The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with English lawn and local plants. The private pool, rectangular with rounded corners, includes a solarium area with sunbeds and outdoor shower. The covered veranda on the first floor, furnished with dining table and lounge area, offers panoramic views of the sea and Porto Rotondo harbor. Payments and Security Deposit

Booking Details

• Klodge properties are private accommodations rented under tourist lease, pursuant to Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 of the Sardinia Region.
• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate broker specialized in short-term vacation rentals.

Online Check-in and Contract

• After booking, online check-in is required (uploading ID documents and selfies for each guest).
• Your data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR regulation.
• Signing a tourist rental contract is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.

Key Collection

Key collection and document signing take place at Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Recycling

A door-to-door waste collection system is active. Please purchase the designated bags and properly dispose of waste before departure.

Check-in Times

Standard check-in: 16:00 – 20:00 (depending on availability and scheduled appointments).
