The magnificent setting features the gentle rolling hills and fragrant wine country for which Tuscany is so fa-mous. Set on a private Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot vineyard, Fattoria Sardi Wine Resort features the most iconic panoramic country scenes of Tuscany.

Cicale Farmhouse is one of the rental units of Fattoria Sardi Wine Resort. It consists of a detatched 3 bedrooms farmhouse that it is rented entirely to only one group per time and has the use of the shared pool.
Ground floor: private porch/veranda and garden, living area, kitchen with dining room, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with a built shower.
First floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two queen beds, 1athroom with built shower.
The farmhouse is fully air conditioned.
A shared laundry in the estate is equipped with 2 washing machines and 1clothes dryer, they are opened from 8am to 8pm.

The house was clean and well equipped - with enormous beds. Even the single beds are big enough for large adults! The bathrooms, being not en-suite, were perfect for us 6 adults sharing. The pool was clean and beautifully situated with comfortable pool furniture. We enjoyed a dip, even in April!! The town of Lucca is within 10 minutes and is a treasure trove of lovely shops selling local produce and wine, as well as being a beautiful and interesting city. All in all, a perfect week!

Spending a holiday in an ancient farmhouse in Tuscany is the perfect solution if you want to experience a relaxing stay, during which you will be able not only to visit great art heritage cities, but also to find out the beauty of a unique landscape, that is the Tuscan countryside with its rolling green hills, cypresses and stone country houses. Last summer, a new holiday home was created along the banks of the river Serchio: VILLA SUL FIUME. This is the perfect place to enjoy wonderful hikes discovering beautiful places and amazing views. This wonderful and luxurious stone country house is located in a quiet area and is surrounded by a huge Italian garden. Nevertheless, it is only a few steps away from the WALLS OF LUCCA (an easy 10 mins walk away). This farmhouse has been accurately refurbished, maintaining the charm of an ancient Tuscan country villa with its traditional raftered ceiling, terracotta flat tiles and stone walls. Additionally, VILLA SUL FIUME is characterized by a spacious and tastefully furnished living space. The ground floor of VILLA SUL FIUME is characterized by a spacious hall with a guest bathroom.
