The ground floor has a large living area with views of the pool and garden, with a majolica stove and TV (no satellite), separate equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine, pots and dishes. Luggage storage and shelter for electric bicycles available to guests. Service bathroom with shower and separate laundry room with washing machine.

2 large covered parking spaces and an uncovered parking space available to guests. Air conditioning in every room and wifi available to guests. Pets allowed upon request, non-smoking villa.
