First Floor: Ascending the majestic staircase, you enter a spectacular living area. A second lounge leads to the expansive dining zone, featuring a "C-shaped" table for 26 people and an open-plan kitchen with a central island, perfect for group cooking classes.
Suites: An additional 4 double bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms complete the upper floor.

The true soul of the villa is the outdoor area, accessible directly from the dining room:
Dream Pool: An 18-meter pool surrounded by sun loungers for every guest and stylish lounge areas.
Sunset Dining: A large "L-shaped" table, perfect for communal dinners under the warm glow of the Tuscan sunset.
Total Relaxation: At the main entrance, a furnished terrace with sofas and sunbeds awaits. In the garden, a heated Jacuzzi offers breathtaking views over the cultivated hills.
Amenities: Independent entrance with parking for 6 cars, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Tourist tax: the city tax has been recently implemented. IT will be applied from April 1st onwards, the cost is €6 per person over the age of 14 and, to be collected on arrival.

A very Reliable Wifi connection is available throughout the house, the hayloft and the swimming pool. While relishing the privacy of your villa, starting from April 2021, the luxury health centre SPA experience awaits to pamper you with an infrared sauna, steam bath, emotional chromotherapy shower and a relaxing area. It all stands underneath the pool and it features a grand glass window that will inspire your meditation through the views of the wine country. A pool table/billiard room and an elevator that links all floor from the ground level completes the entertaining list of features of the Villa.
Step outside of VILLA DUEMANI, and you’re greeted by panoramic views featuring the best hills of Tuscany. It’s a short drive to both Lucca and Florence, just outside of a hilltop hamlet called Montecarlo and known for its Wine Route featuring the best wineries of the area.
Villa Duemani has a dedicated pickleball court, free to use during daylight, made with extra-flex comfort surface, a synthetic flooring with extremely elastic characteristics, to ensure a controlled run and a great comfort of play.
Weddings celebrations and other kind of events if accepted will involve an extra fee. Please make sure to check the optional service "owner's fees" in your booking, when you are planning to hold an event for up to 20 guests at the villa. Ask for more details for additional guests.
The rental includes the first and second floor of the villa plus the hayloft to which it is connected to through the outdoor dining terrace.
