Diamante House is located in Lazise, about 600 meters from the beach with direct access via a pedestrian gate and 2.5 km from the historical center of Lazise. The 65 sqm house can accommodate up to 5 people. On the first floor there is the kitchenette with induction stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Toaster, kettle and coffee machine provided. The bright living area with table and chairs overlooks a large terrace with partial lake view and a view of the wonderful planted garden. A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate an adult or a child. The double bedroom has a spacious wardrobe, the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be joined together. The bathroom has a spacious shower box and bidet. Smart-TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning at disposal. On the ground floor there is a spacious covered terrace furnished with sofas, barbecue, table and chairs for peaceful outdoor dining overlooking the large garden. Small swimming pool at guests disposal (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The car can be parked inside the property. On the ground floor there is a second bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine, small kitchenette and refrigerator. Small pets allowed upon request. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant

Compulsory tourist tax to be paid cash at the arrival.
Compulsory refundable security deposit to be paid by credit card on arrival euro 300.00

Lovely stay near Lazise!

We had a lovely holiday at Casa Diamante. The accommodation suits a family of four well. The accommodation is modern, clean and well presented. There are fabulous views through to the lake from the balcony, including some wonderful sunsets! The small pool is ideal for cooling off at the end of the day, and the garden is just huge - fantastic if you’re bringing a dog, as it’s perfectly fenced in too. A real unexpected bonus was the ‘private path’ through to the lake - to a grassed lakeside / beach area which, while we were there (late July / early August), was never too busy. Just 10 minutes easy walk. Overall we would definitely recommend this property!

The beds were very hard - a bit too firm for us.
It would have been better to have air con in the second bedroom - we struggled at times to keep that room cool as it was very hot outside (35C).
We also struggled a bit with having the oven downstairs in the garage while the hob is in the main accommodation. However that’s not a big issue - just a bit quirky!

Ruhige Lage,schöner Garten Privatsphäre. Alles vorhanden an Geschirr und Zubehör,Bügelbrett,Bügeleisen, Wäschetrockner,Waschmaschine. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt ,kommen sicher wieder.

Mehr Adapter für Steckdosen,nur 1 Stück vorhanden.Kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm,kein smart TV (netflix)möglich.Zuwenig Erklärung für Beleuchtung ,Lichtschalter im und um das Haus.
