The Rustico Casa Rossa is divided into two apartments, which share the marble entrance stairs and a convenient entrance area, and can be rented together or separately. The rustic property has reserved parking spaces located approximately 90m from the house. The apartments do not have a garden or balconies.
In 2025, private housing is being constructed at the back of the house beyond the courtyard. Therefore, some noise might be heard during the day.
The elegant Casa Rossa 2 apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a romantic living area with exposed beams that make the environment warm and welcoming. Equipped kitchenette with refrigerator and freezer, 4-burner gas stove, oven, toaster and American coffee machine, dining table with chairs, double sofa bed, satellite TV, wifi and air conditioning. Spacious master bedroom with large wardrobe and internal air conditioning, second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, small wardrobe and internal air conditioning. Sowohl die Buchung als auch die Bezahlung ging reibungslos über die Bühne. Vor Ort wurden wir herzlich empfangen und super informiert. Auch für sonstige zusätzliche Infos bzw. Buchungen waren die Damen sofort hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sehr sauber und super modern und Neuwertig eingerichtet. Die Infomappe in der Unterkunft ist sehr ausführlich und gut verständlich. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohung war super sauber, für den Preis hätten wir eigentliche eigentlich weniger erwartet und unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Große, schöne, helle Räume mit schöner Ausstattung. Nur der Torbogen in der Einfahrt ist recht eng und man muss beim Reinfahren, um im Hof zu parken etwas aufpassen. Auch das beiliegende Heft mit den Tipps haben wir genutzt und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
