INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Case Peschiera 17 offers welcoming and well-organized interiors, ideal for a relaxing stay near the sea. The living area is bright and functional, featuring a lounge space with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge with freezer, and dining table.
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with wardrobes. The property also features a full bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a convenient guest bathroom. Air conditioning is available in the living area and in one of the bedrooms.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The villa is detached on all four sides and surrounded by a private garden of approximately 110 sqm, ideal for relaxing outdoors in total privacy. The covered veranda, furnished with a dining table, allows you to enjoy every moment of the day, from slow breakfasts to dinners after a day at the beach.
Guests also have access to an outdoor shower and a private parking space with gate, ensuring comfort throughout the stay.

Case Peschiera 17 is located in Lu Fraili, a quiet residential area made up of independent villas, just minutes from some of the most popular beaches on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia.
Lu Impostu beach is about 2 km away, while Puntaldia and Cala Brandinchi can be easily reached within a few minutes by car. The Protected Marine Area of Tavolara – Punta Coda Cavallo, one of the most stunning natural areas in Sardinia, is approximately 16 km away.
Nearby you will find all essential services, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bike rental, and boat rental. The location also provides easy access to San Teodoro, Porto San Paolo, and Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be held on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically presented).
The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).
In case of damages or violations of the house rules, a portion may be retained to cover expenses.


TOURIST TAX
To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

BOOKING DETAILS

Klodge properties are privately owned homes managed as short-term tourist rentals under Italian Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 (Sardinia Region).
As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT

After booking, online check-in is required (uploading documents and selfies for each guest).
Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
A tourist rental contract must be signed; a courtesy English copy will be provided.

KEY COLLECTION
Keys must be collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia.
WASTE SORTING
A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Guests are required to dispose of waste correctly before departure.
