Description
Villa Ida is a modern two-family villa renovated in 2023, divided into two units, each with 6 sleeping places. The house overlooks a large garden with large trees and cherry trees and a brand new infinity pool shared between the two units, with sunbeds and umbrellas available (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The house is about 3.5 km from the centre of Garda and the beach, 1.5 km from the centre of Costermano. This area of Lake Garda, far from mass tourism, allows the discovery of the territory through numerous cycle tourism routes that start right near the house, such as the renowned Valle dei Mulini.
The Rodole apartment, entirely located on the ground floor, has a large double bedroom with wardrobe, a room with two single beds that can be joined, an additional single bed and a pull-out single bed, small bathroom with shower, main windowed bathroom with laundry area with washing machine, shower box, double sink. The spacious kitchen overlooking the side terrace equipped with table and chairs has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, American-style breakfast counter, coffee corner with German coffee machine and coffee machine with pods. The living area with a splendid decorative marble fireplace (not usable), opens onto the covered terrace with lounge area and offers a pleasant view of the garden and pool. It has a sofa, armchair, satellite TV, large dining table.
Wifi and air conditioning available to guests. Two parking spaces in the garage available for each apartment. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
We recommend the villa composed of the two apartments for large family groups, looking for an elegant solution, who want to stay in a context immersed in greenery and total privacy.
The final price consists of:

Wir sind mit der Betreuung sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. WLAN, TV und alles andern Geräte in Küche und Bad in einen guten Zustand. Schwimmbad sehr schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Einfach sehr zu empfehlen.

Das einige was ab und zu etwas stört ist die 50 Meter entfernte Strasse. Aber mit dem kann man gut leben.
Hier müssen die Hecken noch etwas wachsen und es verbessert sich die Situation schnell.

1. Eine Stehlampe im Wohnbereich für indirekt schönes Licht.
2. Ein Hochbett für Kinder/ die man ggf. Einklappen kann, anstelle der Schlafcouch.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Anlage und der Pool ist neu. Die große Terrasse ist nach hinten versetzt und deswegen sogar bei Regenwetter nutzbar. Bei Sonne spendet sie schönen Schatten. CheckIn-/outsee more

Bei Sonne spendet sie schönen Schatten. CheckIn-/out funktioniert auch ziemlich unkompliziert. Das Anwesen ist auf einem größeren Gelände mit nur 2 Einheiten. Ist die andere Einheit nicht belegt, hat man den Pool für sich alleine. Es gibt eine Garage die man nutzen kann oder man kann das Auto im großen Hof parken. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto von Garda entfernt und es sind in der näheren Umgebung genügen Restaurants oder Cafes. Ein großer Supermarkt mit allem was man benötigt ist ca. 1 km entfernt. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Straße mit dem Verkehr und deswegen hat man oft Geräusche vom Verkehr. Eine doch recht viel befahrene Straße führt ca. 30 bis 40 Meter an der Anlage vorbei, ist aber Nachts nicht störend da die Schlafzimmer auf der anderen Seite vom Haus liegen. Man kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und wir würden da auch wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen. Wir konnten auch die Eigentümer kennen lernen die einen sehr sympathischen Eindruck hinterlassen haben.

Villa Ida is a modern two-family villa renovated in 2023, divided into two units, each with 6 sleeping places. The house overlooks a large garden with large trees and cherry trees and a brand new infinity pool shared between the two units, with sunbeds and umbrellas available (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The house is about 3.5 km from the centre of Garda and the beach, 1.5 km from the centre of Costermano. This area of Lake Garda, far from mass tourism, allows the discovery of the territory through numerous cycle tourism routes that start right near the house, such as the renowned Valle dei Mulini.
The Giarole apartment, entirely located on the ground floor, has a large room with two single beds that can be joined with a wardrobe, a double bedroom with an additional single bed convertible to a double, a small bathroom with a shower, a main windowed bathroom with a laundry corner with a washing machine, shower box, double sink. The spacious kitchen overlooks the side terrace equipped with a table and chairs and features a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, American-style breakfast counter, coffee corner with German coffee machine and coffee machine with pods. The living area furnished with sofa, armchairs, satellite TV and large dining table, opens onto the covered terrace with lounge area and offers a pleasant view of the garden and pool.
