The upper floor houses a large living room, from which you access a large private terrace directly overlooking the square, an ideal place to enjoy moments of tranquillity. The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a shower.
The property is located in Campo San Zan Degolà, a strategic position that allows you to easily reach both the train and bus stations. The main attractions of Venice, such as St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, are reachable with a pleasant walk, making the accommodation the perfect solution to experience the city in complete comfort.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax payment of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

This place is amazing. Yes it is very expensive. But you get what you pay for. From the train station you take a private water taxi and have them bring you around the island. And then they drop you off directly in front of the apartment. sorry VILLA!see more
