INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

I Lecci 1 is located on the second floor of a private building: the entrance, via a flight of stairs, leads to the large covered veranda with stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of Porto Rotondo. The large living room with dining table overlooks the separate kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The living area has a sitting area with a flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. For different sleeping arrangements, two sofa beds are available in the living room. Near the entrance, there is a courtyard with uncovered parking spaces.

I Lecci 1 is located within the well-maintained "I Lecci" residential complex, nestled in Mediterranean vegetation with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs of the area: ancient junipers, olive trees, rockroses, and myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and consists of only two buildings in a quiet and secluded setting. The beautiful Ira Beach is about 3 km away. A few kilometers away is the popular "Stella di Gallura" restaurant with a swimming pool, a favorite spot during the summer. About 3.5 km, five minutes by car, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants, and famous nightlife. Numerous restaurants are nearby and within short distance: Lu Stazzu (1200 m), I Valentini (1500 m), Locanda Rudalza (1400 m). The nearest bus stop is only 280 meters from the house. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 16 km away.

Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Essential services for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialized external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. If specified, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated based on actual consumption and must be paid at the end of your stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. Tourist Tax – Payable only cash upon arrival. Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags. At the end of your stay, kindly dispose of any remaining waste properly. Caletta Nest 88 can be reached in a few steps from the car park on the main road - via a path with some steps. This house is located in a private and quiet position, with sea view. Some other homes are nearby. Caletta Nest 88 boasts a brand new kitchen equipped with all comforts. A few steps lead to the entrance with living room, kitchenette with induction cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning. The covered veranda, equipped with table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor dining and spending a pleasant evening with friends during a barbecue. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower and washer-dryer. A reserved covered parking space is located in the parking lot in front of the path that leads to the apartment.

INFORMATION ON THE DESTINATION AND DISTANCES

Caletta Nest 88 is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the area in comfort. it is inserted within the well-kept residential complex called "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo", immersed in 100,000 square meters of Mediterranean scrub with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs in the area: centuries-old junipers, wild olives, rockroses, myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, in front of Portisco, and is made up of several small buildings spaced apart in order to create a quiet and secluded environment. Guests will have access to a shared swimming pool and tennis court. The whole area slopes down towards the sea which is accessed via a sufficiently long and shallow beach, 450 meters away and reachable on foot via a road inside the complex. Ira beach is less than two kilometers from here. The residence is equipped with parking spaces covered by Sardinian reeds (one per accommodation), and parking spaces for guests. Just before the entrance there is the popular “Stella di Gallura” restaurant with swimming pool, a popular destination in the summer. Less than two kilometers away, about five minutes by car, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants and known for its nightlife; here you can walk along the characteristic marina where yachts of all sizes moor.
