Located in a quiet and private position with a splendid sea view, this apartment offers all modern comforts. The brand-new kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances, opens onto a living room with induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and air conditioning. The covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs, is perfect for dining outdoors and enjoying evenings with friends by the barbecue. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed plus a single bed, a bathroom with shower, and washer/dryer. A reserved covered parking space is available in the parking area in front of the path leading to the apartment.
