Centrally located, a 10-minute stroll will get you to either train station and bus terminal which makes it easy to travel around Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Viareggio, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, Livorno and many others are within 1 hour ride.

Several local friendly local shops around, with nice and fresh products.
The "conciergerie" is very helpful. And I certainly hope to come back and be able to stay in the same place again. |

The location of the apartment is perfect. Lucca is very walkable so it didn’t take long at all to get to attractions and restaurants. The apartment is really nicely decorated and very comfortable. Has everything you need in terms of amenities. There is no parking nearby though so be aware of that when booking. We came by train and it was an easy walk from the station. You can also see more

We have stayed throughout Tuscany and found Lucca to be our favorite location. This apartment, Casa Brumar, was appointed perfectly. The outdoor area was great. One early evening, we listened to harp music from the music institute. Many afternoons we had cello, violen music. Having a washer was very helpful. There is a great lending English book section. We left books and took a few. This was greatly appreciated. Since we were on a one month driving trip of northern Italy, parking our car in the free lot outside the walls and being picked up was perfect and timely. The driver was the nicest man we met in Italy. Don't run away from Lucca. Enjoy the city, find your perfect pasta, meat, cheese, pastry shops. Gather your food and come "home" to make your perfect meal/evening. This was a highlight of our trip. If/when we go back to Italy, we will certainly entertain Lucca and this rental agency.

Enjoyed going on a bike around the walls. Beaches only 30 minutes in the car. Also enjoyed an afternoon in Montecarlo, lovely scenic drive! we prepared meals at the apartment also, the kitchen was superbly equipped and there were items to dress a romantic table. Mrs Sonia meets you at the apartment and shows you round the apartment etc, and she is very friendly. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The terrace was a great bonus! We enjoyed very much and we will be back soon! JoAnn

This apartment was perfect for our first holiday in Tuscany. Could not have chosen a better location. Lucca has so much to offer. The walk along the wall. Beautiful buildings and lots of great places to eat. On Friday 13th Sept we were lucky enough to have the procession for the festival go right past our window . Thousands of candles lit the buildings. There was music, marching, singing, medieval costumes and more. What a way to end our stay. We had visited Pisa and Florence using the train. Also we arrived by bus from the airport both good ways to travel. Cannot wait to share our many photos with our friends and family.

Our stay at Casa Brumar was very nice, the apartment is decorated beautifully and the terrace is the perfect place to relax. Unfortunately there was no parasol on the terrace but drinking coffee in the morning and having dinner in the evening was reasee more
