It is close to Everything, the lake, Gardaland, Movieland, The Old Town Lazise and the Winery up ind the mountains.
If you like biking it is so close to some climbs to the mountains also.

Die Wohnung an sich ist absolut zweckmäßig,gut klimatisiert,geräumig und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Campingplatz,so dass man in 10 min am Strand ist. Die Angebote des Campingplatzes waren für unsere Kinder 11,13,16 Jahre absolut ausreichend. Wir haben uns natürlich im Vorweg schon über den Campingplatz informiert,was man auch tun sollte,den die Aquaparks und Animationen wie auf den großen Plätzen gibt es hier nicht.Wir haben ea auch nicht vermisst.es wird viel angeboten, aber der Größe des Campingplatzes entsprechend. Man bekommt eine extraschlüssel um eine kl.Abkürzung durch ein abgeschlossenes Tor zu gehen um zu den Freizeitaktivitäten die der Park anbietet zu kommen. Sehr angenehm, denn dass erspart den Gang über den Campingplatz Die Wohnung bietet im sauberen gefliest Keller 2 Waschmaschinen an,die eigentlich immer sofort zu nutzen sind. Jeden Tag werden die Mülltonnen geleert.Man muss also nicht zur Mülldeüonie in Lazise fahren. Wlan richtig gut,auch bei 5 Personen auslastung. Da weitere 4 Wohnungen in diesem Haus sind ist es doch sehr hellhörig,eben weil aber auch nur Familien mit mindestens 2 Kindern zu diesem Zeitpunkt dort waren. |

Natürlich stand es nicht in der Beschreibung, aber den Backofen/Mikrowelle,oder Toaster gaben wir anfänglich vermisst,haben uns aber schnell damit arrangiert Leider müsste die Kaffeemaschine mal erneuert werden,denn die lief wirklich eine gute Stunde bis der Kaffee durch war. Da das Haus sehr hellhörig war,haben wir natürlich versucht nicht allzu laut zu sein. Was allerdings bestimmt leicht zu verbessern wäre ist ,dass die Türen/Türzage kein Dichtungsband hatten,so dass es nicht möglich war die Türen leise zu schließen. Klingt zwar erstmal seltsam,aber diese Behebung würde die Geräuschkulisse schon gut beeinflussen.. Der Aussen Bereich wurde eigentlich nie benutzt,weder von uns noch von den anderen Mietern. Due Spielgefährten waren zwar neu,aber die kl.Anlage nicht einladend,zumal bei dieser Hitze keine Überdachung oder Sonnensegel da waren. Die Parkplätze sind überdacht, aber sehr schmal. |

Toaster gibt es in jede Wohnung oder besser Sandwich Maker, das ist gleich wie ein Toaster eber mehr hygienisch. Wegen Kaffeemaschine es tut mir sehr leid, das Wasser am Gardasee hat viel Kalk so passiert oft dass diese Machine verkalkt sind. Am garten gibt es in Moment Sonnenschirmen zur verfuegung. Spacious three-room apartment of approximately 65 square metres, located in Lazise, about 1500 metres from the historic centre and beach, in the Miralago residential complex, with swimming pool and large sunbathing area (open from 15/05 to 30/09). Public parking is available for guests. The ground floor apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, gas hob, oven, American coffee machine and toaster, and a double sofa bed. The living room overlooks a beautiful enclosed garden suitable for safely hosting your four-legged friend. Large private terrace equipped with sun shade, table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals. Windowed bathroom with washing machine and shower box, master bedroom with large wardrobe and a room with bunk bed. Air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi available for guests. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. We have a second apartment on the first floor with lake view.
