The elegant two-room apartment Perla del Garda is located in Lazise in a panoramic area, inside a quiet residential complex with a lake view swimming pool and a charming green area where you can enjoy the Garda sun (opening period guaranteed from 05/15 to 09/30). Near the pool, a room with a bathroom is available for guests.
The apartment's strong point is certainly the large 24 sqm covered terrace equipped with sun shades, overlooking the enchanting panorama of Lake Garda. From here, it is possible to admire the Rocca di Garda, Bardolino, Sirmione, Lazise, and Peschiera, as well as the opposite shore of the lake. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and a very useful barbecue for outdoor dinners.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a spacious and bright living area with a kitchen equipped with pots and dishes and equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender. At the entrance, there is a large wardrobe for coats and shoes. The dining area is equipped with a large table and a French sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children) as well as a single sofa bed. The relaxation area where the sofas are located can be separated from the dining area with a roller blind to ensure more privacy. Master bedroom with double bed and sliding wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Hairdryer provided. The apartment has underfloor heating and air conditioning. To best ensure your relaxation, we inform you that by the owners' choice, the apartment does not have a television. It does, however, have free Wi-Fi and many books.

Vi ringraziamo molto per la segnalazione riguardo agli asciugamani: ci teniamo a precisare che ci affidiamo a una lavanderia professionale e quindi non vengono lavati in loco, ma prenderemo comunque provvedimenti per effettuare controlli ancora più accurati. Prendiamo anche nota del vostro suggerimento sulle decorazioni qualche tocco in più potrebbe davvero rendere l’appartamento ancora più accogliente e speciale. Nach wunderschönen, sehr erholsamen Wochen in der zu Recht als "La Perla del Garda" bezeichneten FeWo freuen wir uns schon wieder auf den nächsten Urlaub dort.

Nach wunderschönen, sehr erholsamen Wochen in der zu Recht als "La Perla del Garda" bezeichneten FeWo freuen wir uns schon wieder auf den nächsten Urlaub dort.
Besonders gefallen hat uns: - die großzügige hochwertige Ausstattung - aufgehende Sonne im Schlafzimmer - traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge über dem Lago auf der großen Terrasse - die ruhige Lage - fußläufig ins Zentrum von Lazise (12 Min.) - großer windgeschützter Pool - exzellente Betreuung durch das Regarda-Travel-Team - aber vor allem die unverbaubare grandiose Sicht über die Altstadt und den südlichen Lago. Die neue Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benötigt. |

Der, mit anderen Unterkünften, gemeinschaftlich genutzte Pool bietet ausreichend Platz zum Baden und Sonnen. Die Kommunikation verlief zuvorkommend und ohne jegliche Probleme. Die Vermietung war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

Top Wohnung, sauber mit großzügiger Terrasse. Herrlicher Blick auf den Gardasee. Hier gibt´s wirklich nichts zu meckern. Zentral gelegen aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top gepflegten Anlage.
