The elegant two-room apartment Perla del Garda is located in Lazise in a panoramic area, inside a quiet residential complex with a lake view swimming pool and a charming green area where you can enjoy the Garda sun (opening period guaranteed from 05/15 to 09/30). Near the pool, a room with a bathroom is available for guests.
The apartment's strong point is certainly the large 24 sqm covered terrace equipped with sun shades, overlooking the enchanting panorama of Lake Garda. From here, it is possible to admire the Rocca di Garda, Bardolino, Sirmione, Lazise, and Peschiera, as well as the opposite shore of the lake. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and a very useful barbecue for outdoor dinners.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a spacious and bright living area with a kitchen equipped with pots and dishes and equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender. At the entrance, there is a large wardrobe for coats and shoes. The dining area is equipped with a large table and a French sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children) as well as a single sofa bed. The relaxation area where the sofas are located can be separated from the dining area with a roller blind to ensure more privacy. Master bedroom with double bed and sliding wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Hairdryer provided. The apartment has underfloor heating and air conditioning. To best ensure your relaxation, we inform you that by the owners' choice, the apartment does not have a television. It does, however, have free Wi-Fi and many books.
Garage available but only for parking possible bicycles. Inside the garage there is a small laundry room with washing machine and sink. Parking space within the property. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

It is part of the "Borgo Antico" apartment complex with shared swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The apartment has got a nice living room with a new kitchenette with stove, baking oven, microwave oven, fridge, big sofa, Tv-Sat, toaster and kettle.
