Additional comforts include air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fan in the bedroom, Wi-Fi connection, TV (non-satellite) and a covered parking space within the property.

The heart of the residence is the splendid 17-metre-long swimming pool, enhanced by a hydromassage area and a bar zone, ideal for moments of relaxation or preparing breakfast outdoors. Nearby, a refined bathroom with shower and changing room offers additional convenience.

The garden, carefully curated in every detail, is an oasis of elegance: stylishly furnished, it includes a barbecue available to guests, who can choose to dine in the apartment, by the pool or on the panoramic covered terrace. In the morning, it will be possible to go jogging or take a regenerating walk among the vineyards that are part of the property.
