Located on the ground level of a quiet street inside the City Walls, this stunning spacious 2-bedroom, 111 m2 apartment offers all the modern comforts of home while paying homage to its Tuscan roots. Guests will feel pampered in this state-of-the-art newly restored apartment that is classified as the only A+ energy-efficient building in all of historic Lucca. Heated geothermal floors and central heating and air conditioning in each room will ensure your year-round comfort during your stay.

Casa Lazzaro boasts an enviable location, just a 2-minute stroll from both Torre Guinigi and Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. Additionally, it is conveniently situated within a 15-minute walk from the bus and train station. This central position ensures easy access to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, all within steps from the apartment. Public parking facilities are also conveniently located nearby, ensuring a hassle-free experience during your stay in Lucca.

As you enter Casa Lazzaro from one of the two private entrances, you are welcomed by the soaring 14-foot ceilings that have the original wood beams dating back to the 1400s. The apartment has two private bedrooms that meet in the common living and dining space. The Master bedroom has a large double bed, a private ensuite, blackout shutters, a large closet and a safe. The second bedroom has a French sized bed, blackout shutters and an attached oversized closet. All beds are equipped with the highest luxury linens and noise reducing windows that will ensure for a peaceful sleeping experience.
The kitchen comes equipped with everything that you would have at home. Built-in refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, oven/microwave combo, and dishwasher. The coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster and kettle will be waiting for you to make your own Tuscan breakfast.
The dining and living room has comfortable seating for up 4 to 6 people. The living room comes with a 50” Smart TV and an Alexa so that you can enjoy your favourite music or if you want to know what the weather in Lucca will be for the day. A basement storage room for additional storage will make longer term stays even more comfortable.
Casa Lazzaro should be everything you expect it to be and certainly it will exceed your expectations.

Check in after 8.00pm is possible on request and with a late check in fee of 50 euros, to be paid on arrival. After midnight, the late check in fee increases to 100 euros.
The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.
The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.
We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.
