Tipica casa di corte semi indipendente e completamente ristrutturata situata a Bardolino, nella tranquilla località Modena, a circa 2 km dal centro storico e dal lago. Ristoranti, negozi e supermercati distano circa 2 km.
Nel 2025, sul retro della casa, è in corso la costruzione di abitazioni private. Pertanto durante il giorno si potrebbero udire dei rumori.
Il Rustico Petra è disposto su due piani ed è composto da ampia zona giorno con camino decorativo (non utilizzabile), divano letto matrimoniale, grande tavolo da pranzo per 8 persone, tv satellitare ed aria condizionata. Angolo cottura attrezzato con grande frigorifero, fornello a gas a 4 fuochi, lavastoviglie e forno. Bagno finestrato con cabina doccia. Al primo piano sono situate 3 camere da letto: un’ampia matrimoniale con grande armadio e due camere con letto singolo ed un letto estraibile, aria condizionata, lavatrice, elegante bagno finestrato con doccia e vasca idromassaggio integrata. Tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere. Finiture di pregio come pavimento in marmo e pareti di sasso a vista donano grande fascino a questa abitazione. Posto auto esterno coperto e piccolo giardino a disposizione arredato con gazebo, tavolo e sedie. Animali non ammessi. Appartamento per non fumatori. Da lunedì a sabato è disponibile la navetta bus comunale per raggiungere il centro di Bardolino.
Nel 2025 alle spalle della casa verrà ristrutturata un'altra abitazione pertanto, durante il giorno, potrebbe essere avvertito qualche rumore.
Consigliamo questa casa semi indipendente a grossi nuclei familiari che amino una vacanza tranquilla a contatto con la realtà locale a pochi passi dal lago di Garda e Verona.

La casa rispecchiava perfettamente le foto presenti nel sito e la descrizione. Posizione tranquilla, un po' fuori mano, per spostarsi e raggiungere i negozi di generi alimentari è sempre necessaria la macchina. La casa ha tantissimi comfort ed è perfetta per famiglie numerose. Noi eravamo due famiglie (4 adulti e 4 bambini). Se posso dare qualche suggerimento: il pian terreno è un po' umido e dormire la notte sul divano letto risulta un po' freddino (magari un deumidificatore che ciclicamente sana un po' l'ambiente sarebbe perfetto), abbiamo trovato solo un rototo di cartigenica per bagno, anche solo un terzo rotolo in più sarebbe perfetto come dotazione standard, ultimo suggerimento una macchinetta con delle cialde o delle capsule sarebbe un'altra dotazione molto gradita. A parte questo siamo stati benissimo.

Siamo felici di sapere che la casa abbia rispecchiato le aspettative e che abbiate trascorso un soggiorno piacevole in compagnia della vostra bella famiglia. L’alloggio è pensato proprio per accogliere gruppi numerosi e ci fa piacere sapere che ne avete apprezzato i comfort e la tranquillità della posizione. Per quanto riguarda il piano terra, in cinque anni di locazione non avevamo mai ricevuto segnalazioni in merito a umidità o disagio nel riposo. Tuttavia, è vero che nei giorni precedenti al vostro arrivo ha piovuto parecchio, e questo potrebbe aver inciso, specialmente se sono stati stesi indumenti umidi all’interno. Ad ogni modo, verificheremo senz’altro la situazione per garantire sempre il massimo comfort. Grazie anche per i suggerimenti pratici: aumenteremo la dotazione iniziale della carta igienica e prenderemo in considerazione l’aggiunta di una macchina da caffè a capsule, che sappiamo essere molto apprezzata dai nostri ospiti. A major advantage was having two bathrooms, each with a shower, along with the convenience of a washer and a dishwasher. The only area for improvement would be the internet connection, which was quite slow. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The house is ideally located just a 5-minute drive from Bardolino, a charming village where you can enjoy walking, dining, and shopping.
