Beautiful house with great social areas by the pool and a fantastic view over the sea and the mountains. The house was spacious and big enough for 10 people. The communication with the host was also great. We will definitely come back.

All five rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, thus perfect for a group of people/families. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for activities such as cycling, beach days, climbing, trekking and visiting Pisa/Lucca.

The Villa was stunningly beautiful. You have to be careful driving the narrow road up the hillside but well worth it when you arrive and look out over the mountains, valley, and water. The bedrooms and baths were large and very well appointed. We utiplus

The bedrooms and baths were large and very well appointed. We utilized both kitchens and refrigerators and had wonderful meals on the patio. The central location of the Villa was perfect for visiting multiple cities and towns in Tuscany. The few small issues we had with some condensation on the floor and a defective gate opener were dealt with quickly. We are currently in Rome but miss our hilltop home already.

We booked this amazing villa for our family reunion and had a wonderful stay! The villa is very spacious, modern and well equipped and was able to accommodate 9 of us plus two babies very comfortably. The pool is magnificent with spectacular view on the sea, plenty of pool floaters available. Multiple dining areas available allowing for options during sunny /rainy weather. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms with lots of Tuscan charm. Close proximity to Lucca, Forte dei Marmi and grocery stores for immediate shopping needs. Mrs Lucia was very welcoming upon our arrival and was always available to answer all our questions and provide recommendations. Thank you for being a wonderful host and we look forward to coming back very soon! Our stay was perfect and would highly recommend this villa to everyone!

This villa is truly a Tuscan dream come true!! Only 15 minutes from the ancient walled city of Lucca, and a half hour from the beach and Florence, it was the perfect location. It is set high above the hill tops in the small but perfect village of Pieplus
This villa is truly a Tuscan dream come true!! Only 15 minutes from the ancient walled city of Lucca, and a half hour from the beach and Florence, it was the perfect location. It is set high above the hill tops in the small but perfect village of Pieve a Elici. The road to the house has breathtaking views. The villa is restored to perfection, maintaining the Tuscan character and charm, yet providing all modern amenities, including a magnificent pool! The house is completely private with a wonderful view. The homeowners were simply wonderful to rent from, and Lucia, the villa's manager, was extra kind and helpful. This experience immersed us into Italian culture and made us appreciate Italy that much more! We can't wait to return to the villa in Pieve a Elici!

Everything necessary was provided to make our stay perfect. Particular thanks to Simona, Cristina and Lucia for responding to our every need. We were particularly touched by the hospitality provided. Our stay in Italy has created enchanted memory for my family and especially my 6 year old granddaughter. Would highly recommend the villa as a place for a lovely holiday to any family. We loved the garden and especially the view from the pool that was unique.
