Villa Luciva is arranged over two levels and designed to accommodate families or groups, offering well-organized and functional spaces where every area is conceived to ensure comfort and privacy.

On the ground floor, a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen opens onto a covered veranda overlooking the garden and the pool. This level also features a double bedroom with pool view and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, the sleeping area includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea-view balcony, as well as a twin bedroom with single beds.

The interiors are welcoming and thoughtfully arranged, with air conditioning in the bedrooms to ensure a pleasant stay throughout the year.

Outdoors, Villa Luciva opens onto a well-maintained private garden with green lawn, an intimate and relaxing setting where you can fully embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle. The private swimming pool, set in a panoramic position, becomes the focal point of the villa—perfect for cooling off during warm days or enjoying peaceful moments at sunset.

The covered veranda, furnished with a dining table, invites long alfresco dinners, while the solarium area with sun loungers and the outdoor shower complete a space dedicated to wellbeing and relaxation, surrounded by natural light and privacy.

Public parking spaces are available in front of the property along the road (dead-end street).

• Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory; a courtesy English copy will be provided.

Key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia.

A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Waste bins are located in a dedicated area outside the property.
