The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom with bathtub, and a bedroom with two bunk beds.
At the entrance, a spacious living room with dining area and bathroom with shower leads to a covered veranda with sea view and a well-kept green lawn.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle.
The outdoor veranda offers unforgettable sea sunsets.

If applicable, electricity (and occasionally water) consumption is calculated based on usage and charged at the end of the stay.
A security deposit is required upon arrival, held on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).
The amount is released automatically at the end of the stay (processing time varies by bank). In case of damage or rule violations, we reserve the right to withhold an appropriate amount to cover costs.

Klodge accommodations are privately owned and managed under short-term rental laws pursuant to Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 of the Sardinia Region.
As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may present slight imperfections that do not affect their functionality.

Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specializing in short-term tourist rentals.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement
After booking, online check-in is required (document and selfie upload for each guest).
Data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
Signing a short-term rental agreement is mandatory. The contract is in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.

Key Collection
Key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of your waste properly before departure.
