INTERNAL DESCRIPTIONAccess to the property is through an electric gate leading to a shared courtyard with other villas, offering two parking spaces, one of which is covered. Next to the parking area, a laundry room includes a washing machine and ping-pong table. A few steps adorned with vibrant bougainvillea lead to the main porch, equipped with an outdoor kitchen and dining table. From here, you enter the indoor kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, and stove.
Villa Alberto is elegantly furnished, blending wood architecture and warm décor to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living room is bright and spacious, with exposed wooden beams, built-in sofas, a flat-screen TV, and dining area. Large windows open onto a stunning panorama: the lush garden, green lawn, and the sparkling sea of Tavolara. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with sea view and a twin bedroom with bunk beds, both served by a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the attic features wooden ceilings, a large double bedroom with an additional single bed, fireplace, desk, and a spacious bathroom with shower.
OUTDOOR SPACESOutside, Villa Alberto boasts a beautifully maintained garden with green lawn and a covered sea view veranda ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing. PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
- When applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and charged at the end of your stay.
- A security deposit will be required upon arrival, held on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present).
- The amount will be automatically released after check-out (timing depends on your bank).
- In case of damage or rule violations, a portion of the deposit may be withheld to cover related costs.

- All Klodge properties are privately owned and rented for tourist purposes under Italian Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Sardinia Region).
- As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may present small imperfections that do not affect functionality.
- Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term tourist rentals.
ONLINE CHECK-IN AND RENTAL AGREEMENT
- After booking, guests are required to complete an online check-in (upload of ID documents and a selfie for each guest).
- All data is processed in accordance with the GDPR Regulation.
- A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract is in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.
KEY COLLECTION
Keys and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
WASTE SEPARATION
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the proper bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem Villenviertel auf dem Hügel mit super Aussicht auf das Meer und die Isla Tavolara. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und beheimatet 4 Schildkröten.
