In the garden are mixed green areas and relaxation areas: wooden deck with canopy in juniper, covered bungalow with outdoor kitchen and dining table, two covered porches (one of them with barbecue). Seasonal wifi (may 1st-october 31st). The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people in comfort and is equipped with all the main amenities: wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, oven, covered parking and swimming pool for exclusive use. Just 650 meters away, the marina of Sa Jaga Brujada offers a nearby port where you can moor your boat. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The villa is set on two levels: on the ground floor it has a living area composed by a warm living room with dining area, independent kitchen, two double bedrooms with garden view and three bathrooms with shower (one of the bathroom private for one double bedroom); on the upper floor, accessible via an external staircase, a refined outbuilding with a double bedroom and its own bathroom, with a veranda for exclusive use and a lovely view of the Gulf.
The outdoor spaces complete the interior ones: a small path in the garden leads to the magnificent bean pool with unique panoramic views, enriched by a small relaxation area with a juniper wood roof and a large wooden deck with deck chairs and an outdoor shower.
The outdoor kitchen and the front covered dining area are perfect for enjoying pleasant moments of outdoor conviviality. Two further furnished verandas offer a place to rest on hot summer days or in the Sardinia mild spring climate.
INFORMATION ON DESTINATION AND DISTANCES
Villa Sa Jaga is just 3.7 km wawy from the crystalline sandy beach of Marinella and 3.5 km away from the vibrant Ira beach, in just a few minutes and 2 km away you can reach the village of Porto Rotondo and all its amenities. Continuing along Via Sa Jaga Brujada you reach the homonymous Marina with mooring. The nearest supermarket is in the way to Olbia and is about 2 km away, while at the same distance you can go to the shops in Porto Rotondo. The nearest bus stop is just 300 meters away. For a game at the Pevero Golf Club just take the road towards Costa Smeralda for 21 km. Numerous restaurants with sea and land gastronomy typical of the area are located within 2 km: Locanzda Rudalza, I valentini, Pedristellas, Bambusa. Do not miss to go to the Marina di Porto Rotondo for an ice cream at the Bar Gelateria del Molo. Have a visit at the Protected Marine Area of Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo, with boats leaving from the pier of Porto San Paolo, to discover the island of Tavolara, the smallest kingdom in the world.
