The ground floor includes three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, and one with an adjacent bathroom with shower. The first floor, accessed via an internal staircase, opens to a spacious living and dining area with a guest bathroom, leading to a large covered veranda overlooking the pool and the sea. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. An annex accessible from the garden offers a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, perfect for guests or staff.
