Interior Description

Villa Rudargia is spread over two levels and features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, and one with an adjacent bathroom with shower. The first floor, accessed via an internal staircase, offers a spacious living room with dining area and a guest bathroom, leading to a large covered veranda with views of the pool and sea. The independent, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. An annex accessible from the garden offers a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, ideal for guests or service staff.

Outdoor Areas

The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden, with English lawn and native plants. The private pool, rectangular with rounded corners, features a sunbathing area with loungers and an outdoor shower. The covered veranda on the first floor, furnished with a dining table and lounge area, offers a panoramic view of the sea and Porto Rotondo harbor. Payments and Security Deposit

• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time may vary by bank).
• In case of damages or regulation breaches, we reserve the right to retain a sum to cover the expenses.

Tourist Tax

Booking Details

• Klodge properties are private accommodations rented under tourist lease, pursuant to Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 of the Sardinia Region.
• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate broker specialized in short-term vacation rentals.

Online Check-in and Contract

• After booking, online check-in is required (uploading ID documents and selfies for each guest).
• Your data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR regulation.
• Signing a tourist rental contract is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.

Key Collection

Key collection and document signing take place at Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Recycling

A door-to-door waste collection system is active. Please purchase the designated bags and properly dispose of waste before departure.
