INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Designed to blend comfort with a spectacular sea view, Villa Majra welcomes guests into a bright living area featuring large panoramic windows, a TV corner, sofa, dining table and air conditioning. The open-space kitchen is fully equipped with gas burners, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
A spiral staircase leads to the lower floor (pool level), where the sleeping area is located: a master bedroom with sea view and direct access to the pool, a twin room with pool access, a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom (bathtub), a single bedroom and two additional bathrooms with shower. A laundry room with washing machine is also available.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The outdoor areas are one of the true highlights of the property. The villa features a beautiful private pool (25 m²) with panoramic views across the islands of the gulf, surrounded by a furnished sun terrace ideal for relaxing at any time of day.
The large covered veranda includes a dining table and lounge area, making it perfect for breakfasts with a view or sunset aperitifs. The four-sided private garden offers a barbecue area with granite table and Mediterranean vegetation. An external staircase leads to the panoramic rooftop, ideal for enjoying sunrise over Tavolara. Two covered parking spaces are provided at the entrance.

Villa Majra is located within the residential complex “L’Oasi di Pedralonga”, about 80 metres above sea level — one of the most scenic vantage points overlooking the Porto Istana bay. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is only 10 minutes away.
The sandy beach of Porto Istana lies approx. 900 metres from the villa and is perfect for families thanks to its shallow, turquoise waters. Within a short drive you can reach Costa Corallina Marina (137 berths) and the renowned Tavolara–Molara Marine Protected Area. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and boat excursions are easily accessible in Porto San Paolo and the nearby coastline.

This splendid villa with direct access to the sea has covered parking spaces, a large garden, and is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a living room with a view of the beach and a dining area, and an independent kitchen with stoves, oven, and fridge/freezer. Outside, a large gazebo houses a second outdoor kitchen, complete with stoves and worktops. On the ground floor, outside, there is an outbuilding with a bedroom (two bunk beds) and a service bathroom without a shower.
Upstairs, a staircase leads to the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms: two doubles and one with a French bed and a single bed; bathroom with shower. In the garden, behind the villa, there is an outdoor shower.
Villa Bay Pine has two accesses to the beach: a gate shared with the adjacent property that leads directly to the sand, and a second gate that leads to the pedestrian street in front of the beach. The property is bordered by a wall on the beach side and a hedge at the rear.
Destination Information and Distances
Pittulongu is a beach loved by residents, located about eight kilometers from Olbia. Also known as Puntale Lungo, La Playa di Pittulongu is a splendid crescent of fine white sand, interspersed with small stretches of shells. The shallow and gradual seabed is ideal for families with children.
At 50 meters, the Trattoria Rossi restaurant-bar offers a relaxing environment to enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail and savor typical appetizers. A little further on, the restaurant establishment Mama Beach and the Ristorante Lo Squalo. On the main street of the neighborhood, the Costa Sarda Bar is perfect for a quick lunch with local cuisine.
