INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Villa Azul features a minimalist contemporary design, with interiors conceived to enhance natural light and the coastal landscape. Entirely arranged on one level, the villa opens onto a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen and a spectacular full-height window overlooking the sea. This seamless indoor–outdoor connection leads to a spacious terrace furnished with a dining table and colourful lounge seating. A second, wind-sheltered patio is located on the rear side of the property.
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms (6 guests total): a master bedroom with sea view, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a third double room. A second bathroom—featuring a striking bright-yellow sink—serves the remaining bedrooms. Each room includes soft toppers, multiple pillows, mosquito screens, and individually controlled air conditioning.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The outdoor areas are one of the property’s most exclusive highlights. The private garden leads directly to the sea and features a heated outdoor jacuzzi, two open-air showers and a stylish modern lounge. Here guests can truly experience one of the finest beachfront villas in Sardinia, with the sea just steps away. The large panoramic terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining area and a relaxing lounge, ideal for enjoying sunsets over the bay. A laundry room with an additional fridge for beverages is located on the lower level. Two private parking spaces are available at the entrance driveway.
DESTINATION INFORMATION & DISTANCES
Villa Azul lies within the prestigious residential area of Pittulongu, known for its quiet atmosphere and proximity to services. Within walking distance you will find cafés, restaurants and several beaches. The nearest supermarket is just 4 minutes away, as well as the Costa Sarda bar-restaurant with tobacco shop and pharmacy. The closest bus stop (line 4 – “Lo Squalo”) is located 750 m away.
Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is only 8 km away. Several renowned seafood restaurants can be found within 2 km, including Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados and Ristorante Lo Squalo. Don’t miss the stunning beaches between Golfo Aranci and Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, Cala Moresca (with trekking trails), Cala Sabina and Marinella. A day trip to the Tavolara – Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area is also recommended, with boat departures from Porto San Paolo.

The villa is also well equipped with kitchen utensils and beach equipment, so if you are flying in don’t need to worry that you will be bored :) Comfy beds in the 3 bedrooms, had very good . Good restaurants, groceries nearby. |

Beach is right next to the house and we enjoyed taking the stand up paddle board out on the water each day. Also enjoyed the hot tub after the beach. Would recommend renting a car to visit local restaurants and the local market. Porto Cervo is about a 45 minute drive north and is worth a day trip.

Einzelstehendes Haus mit Garten am Hang, fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer, wenige Meter zum Strand, Parkplatz. Freundliche hilfsbereite Kommunikation, Alessio war immer erreichbar. Blitzsaubere, durchdesignte Ausstattung, schneeweiße Küchenmöbel. Perfekt angelegter Garten jeden Morgen gewässert, einmal/Woche mäht der Gärtner morgens 1 Std. lang Rasen. Früchtekorb, Weinflasche zur Begrüßung, ansonsten jegliche Nahrungsmittel, auch Gewürze, selber zu kaufen. Wenig Spüli in der Küche, Besucher darf am Anfang seine Lieblingsprodukte (Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Küchenrolle, weiteres WC Papier etc.) selber besorgen. Extra Badehandtücher für Bargeld erhältlich. Peinlich genaue Mülltrennung, Zeiten und Wochentage für das Herausstellen an die Straße beachten!

Our highlight was the jacuzzi, since our stay was over easter it helped a lot that you could heat it to very warm temperatures. All in all we would come back any time.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
The entrance to Villa Kalè features a charming wooden gate leading to the garden and the private covered parking. The wide wooden-roofed veranda, furnished with sofas and an outdoor dining area, offers stunning sea views. From here, you enter the living room, recently furnished in a modern style and equipped with a dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa corner. Large windows brighten the room and frame the Mediterranean vegetation and emerald waters of the gulf. To the left of the living room is the fully equipped kitchenette featuring fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, hob and espresso machine. The sleeping area includes two double en-suite bedrooms with direct access to the sea-view veranda, plus a third double bedroom located in the external dépendance with an adjacent private bathroom. Terracotta floors, chestnut wood ceilings and carefully selected furnishings create an elegant and cosy atmosphere. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are also available.

The villa offers several outdoor spaces ideal for relaxation, including a large panoramic veranda furnished with an outdoor dining table, sofas and sun loungers. A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be held on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically presented and in the guest’s name). In case of damages or rule violations, Klodge reserves the right to withhold an appropriate amount.

Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory; the contract is in Italian, but we provide an English courtesy copy before arrival.
