Interior Description
Villa Azul is a modern residence with minimalist architecture. Entirely on the ground floor, the entrance opens onto the living area with open-plan kitchen and panoramic windows, creating continuity between the interiors and the sea view. The space naturally extends to a terrace with a dining table and a vibrant lounge area. Every space overlooks the sea, the dominant element of the landscape.
The living-kitchen area is modern and functional, equipped with all the comforts to satisfy even the most demanding cooks. From the living room, you can access another patio, sheltered from the winds, located at the rear.
The sleeping area of Villa Azul has 3 double bedrooms for a total of 6 beds: a master bedroom overlooking the sea, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. An additional bathroom, characterized by an attractive bright yellow sink, is located next to the bedrooms. Every detail is curated for a comfortable stay: soft toppers and multiple pillows on each bed await your arrival. All bedroom doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and all rooms are air-conditioned.
The garden, which leads directly to the sea, hosts a relaxation area with a heated hot tub. The lawn will keep the children busy while you enjoy a drink by the tub. In the garden, there are two outdoor showers and, next to the tub, a colorful modern living area. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a large fridge for storing extra drinks. Two private parking spaces are located in the driveway, bordering the adjacent villa.

Destination Information and Distances
We recommend having a car to visit the coast; however, it is possible to spend a holiday without a car. Costa Smeralda airport is 8 kilometers away. All villa facilities are reserved exclusively for its guests.
Villa Azul is located in a residential neighborhood composed of single villas, ideal for a beach vacation without sacrificing comfort. It is easy to reach the area's beaches, as well as bars and restaurants, on foot. The nearest supermarket is on the main street of the neighborhood, just 4 minutes away; at the same distance is the Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant with tobacco and parapharmacy. The nearest bus stop is just 750 meters away (bus line 4, Lo Squalo stop).
For a game at the Pevero Golf Club, just travel 31 km towards the Costa Smeralda. Within a 2 km radius and mostly along the seafront, there are numerous restaurants with typical local seafood cuisine: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo. Do not miss the beaches along the coast from Golfo Aranci to Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, the splendid Cala Moresca (with trekking paths starting from the beach), Cala Sabina, and Marinella. Visit the Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area, with boats departing from the Porto San Paolo pier, discovering the island of Tavolara, the smallest kingdom in the world.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Access to Villa Kalè is through a wooden gate that opens onto the garden, where there is also a reserved covered parking space. The villa features a large porch with a wooden roof, furnished with sofas and a dining table, offering a spectacular view of the bay. From the porch, you enter the living room, recently furnished with modern furniture, a dining table, satellite LED TV, air conditioning, and a sofa corner. The large windows of the living room provide a stunning view of the Mediterranean maquis and the gulf of Tavolara Island, with its splendid emerald waters. The covered veranda facing the sea is perfect for relaxing even during the hottest hours.
To the left of the living room is the kitchenette, equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, stovetops, and an espresso machine. The villa, carefully furnished, features chestnut wood ceilings and terracotta floors, offering a cozy and refined atmosphere. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedroom suites with sea views, access to the veranda, and en-suite bathrooms with showers, plus a third double bedroom (external annex) with an adjacent bathroom, for a total of 6 beds. The villa also includes a washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
