There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The two modern bathrooms with showers ensure maximum comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The cozy living and dining area is ideal for relaxing and spending time together. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.

Outdoor Spaces

Payments and Security Deposit

• A security deposit will be blocked on the guest’s credit card upon arrival (card must be physically present and in the name of the guest).


• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on your bank).


• In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to withhold part of the deposit to cover expenses.

• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

• After booking, guests are required to complete online check-in (uploading ID documents and selfies for each guest).


• Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.


• A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.

Key Collection

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Please purchase the correct bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
