There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The two modern bathrooms with showers ensure maximum comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The cozy living and dining area is ideal for relaxing and spending time together. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.


Outdoor Spaces

Payments and Security Deposit

If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) will be charged based on usage at the end of the stay.
A security deposit will be blocked on the guest’s credit card upon arrival (card must be physically present and in the name of the guest).
The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on your bank).
In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to withhold part of the deposit to cover expenses.


Tourist Tax

Booking Details

As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

After booking, guests are required to complete online check-in (uploading ID documents and selfies for each guest).
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.


Key Collection
Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting
A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Please purchase the correct bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
