INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Villa Mathis is characterized by a minimalist design and spans three distinct levels. The entrance welcomes guests on the ground floor, revealing part of the sleeping area: a master bedroom suite with private bathroom and terrace overlooking a small garden with a green lawn, and a second master bedroom suite with an en-suite bathroom and balcony. The lower floor, fully windowed, houses another master suite with a private bathroom and two double beds. The upper floor hosts the living area, a bright space that includes a modern kitchen, dining room, and living room with large panoramic windows opening onto the terrace with a pool and spectacular views of the gulf and port. A patio door from the kitchen leads to another terrace, and a staircase leads to the panoramic solarium with a relaxation area. A practical guest bathroom completes the living area.
Every room is air-conditioned to ensure comfort in every season. Two private parking spaces are reserved in the driveway, accessible via an automatic gate. Combining contemporary style and functionality, Villa Mathis is the ideal place for a luxurious and tranquil stay.

Through the gate and down a steep driveway, you reach Villa Relais, which spans about 250sqm and is surrounded by a vast plot of land that slopes down to the sea, covered with Mediterranean vegetation. Inside, you will find a bright living room with an American kitchen, decorated with fragrant juniper wood beams. The dining room has direct access to the covered veranda and the private pool. The villa has four double bedrooms and four bathrooms. The spaces are spacious, comfortable, and bright, characterized by harmony with nature, making this property unique.
DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Villa Relais is an exclusive property located on a small hill not far from Porto Rotondo, just a five-minute drive away. Beautiful white sandy beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and much more are all within a few kilometers. The renowned Porto Cervo is about a 15-minute drive away. The beach of Marinella is accessible by car and is about 5 km away. Golfo Aranci, with its wonderful beaches and crystal-clear sea, is also easily reachable.
We recommend guests have a car to reach the property; a car is also essential during the stay to visit the surroundings and move between the various locations.
