Interior Description
Spread across three levels and covering a surface area of 96 sqm, Villa Kora 7 can accommodate up to 7 guests in four bedrooms: three doubles and one single. The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with heat pump heating, ensuring maximum comfort in all seasons.
- Ground Floor: living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, utensils), dining area, bathroom with shower, and one air-conditioned double bedroom.
- First Floor: second double bedroom, accessible via internal staircase.

Recently renovated, Villetta Bianca is arranged on two independent levels. The upper level is accessible via an external staircase on the side of the building. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan area with a living room/TV corner and a double sofa bed, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher; a large bathroom with shower/bidet/WC/sink and Velux window; and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a garden view and air conditioning. The living room opens to the outdoor space with a covered veranda, garden furniture, and sun loungers. The 300 sqm garden is shared with a second property in front. On the upper level, a small entrance with a wardrobe and mini-fridge leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and air conditioning; the bedroom has a balcony with outdoor furniture and a garden view. The house has three accesses to the garden, two from the living room and one from the kitchen. The living room is spacious and bright, with a TV area and wooden dining table with benches. A short corridor connects the living room to the newly furnished kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub; a twin bedroom with two single beds; and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The second bathroom has a shower, WC, and sink. All bedrooms have ample built-in wardrobes. Being about 150 meters from the water, the house benefits from the sea breeze present especially during the hottest hours, making it cool and ventilated throughout the day. The veranda faces east, towards Bados beach and Tavolara island. The garden, with numerous trees and Mediterranean shrubs, surrounds the house and is partially shared with a second unit.
