The entrance opens onto an elegant, spacious, and bright living room and kitchen equipped with a dining table, a cooking corner with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and oven. The covered, furnished veranda is ideal for spending evenings with a glass of good wine. The sleeping area has 3 en-suite bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with wardrobes. The fenced garden, with an electric gate, can accommodate two parked cars and features a built-in barbecue. Each room is tastefully furnished and well-finished.DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCESThe nearest bus stop is about 200 meters away. The Tilibbas neighborhood, near the historic center, hosts several local trattorias such as Trattoria da Sara (Compai Giuanni) at 220 meters and Gil's Quick at 700 meters.
