INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The entrance opens into a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area characterised by natural light and contemporary finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle and all essential cooking tools. The adjacent covered veranda is ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing in the evening.
The sleeping area includes three bedroom suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms feature double beds, while the third offers two single beds. Every room is equipped with air conditioning and large wardrobe space. The washing machine is located inside the property, as per the original layout.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The private, fully fenced garden surrounds the house and is accessible through an electric gate. Two private parking spaces are available inside the property. A dedicated outdoor area features a built-in stone barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals throughout the day. Additional outdoor corners and the internal courtyard create pleasant open-air living spaces.

The city’s main public park, with jogging paths, water features, cycling tracks and tennis courts, is just a short distance away. The Pittulongu beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

Aún así no nos cobró el suplemento por llegar después de las 22h. - No hubo ningún problema con la fianza, el día que nos íbamos nos la devolvió íntegramente.
