INTERIOR DESCRIPTIONThe rustic furnishings give Cā cĕlĕ viōlā a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and includes two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a mezzanine with a double bed, one bathroom with shower, a service bathroom with washing machine, a living room with sofa and dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The sea-view terrace is furnished with a barbecue, dining table, sun loungers, and lounge area. All rooms are air-conditioned. Outside, the property offers a fenced garden with outdoor shower and a private parking space in front of the entrance gate.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Villa Bados 8 features approximately 120 sqm of living space designed for comfort and functionality. The covered veranda, furnished for outdoor meals, leads to an airy living room equipped with a dining table and TV corner. The separate kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower), a twin bedroom with two single beds, and an additional double bedroom. A second bathroom, located along the hallway, is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Thanks to the villa’s proximity to the sea, a pleasant marine breeze keeps the interior naturally ventilated.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden partially shared with a second unit. The east-facing veranda is ideal for relaxing outdoors at any time of day, while the private courtyard offers two reserved parking spaces.
