The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and includes two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a mezzanine with a double bed, one bathroom with shower, a service bathroom with washing machine, a living room with sofa and dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The sea-view terrace is furnished with a barbecue, dining table, sun loungers, and lounge area. All rooms are air-conditioned. Outside, the property offers a fenced garden with outdoor shower and a private parking space in front of the entrance gate.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Villa Bados 8 offers 120 sqm of living space with a covered terrace equipped with a dining table for six. The house has two access points to the garden, one from the living room and one from the kitchen. The living room is spacious and bright, with a TV area and wooden dining table with benches. A short corridor connects the living room to the fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, oven, fridge with freezer, and washing machine. Continuing on, you will find the sleeping area consisting of a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a second double bedroom. The second bathroom is located along the corridor near the bedrooms and features a shower, toilet, and sink. All bedrooms are equipped with ample built-in wardrobes. Being about 150 meters from the water, the house benefits from the sea breeze, keeping it cool and ventilated throughout the day. The veranda faces east, towards Bados Beach and Tavolara Island. The garden, with numerous trees and Mediterranean shrubs, surrounds the house and is partially shared with a second unit. The driveway inside the gate has enough space to park up to two cars.
DESTINATION AND ATTRACTIONS
Villa Bados 8 is located about 9 km from Olbia, reachable in less than 15 minutes. Just 3 minutes away, you'll find a supermarket, fish shop, bakery, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, and tobacconist. Almost opposite the main gate, across the street, is the N4 bus stop that leads to other nearby beaches and the historic center of Olbia, with a frequency of 30 minutes. The Bados district is made up of single villas, many of which are inhabited year-round, and offers all the main services at a short distance, all reachable on foot: beach kiosks/restaurants, a complex with bakery-fish shop-bar-hot table, Costa Sarda bar-restaurant-pizzeria less than a kilometer away. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 kilometer away. The area and surrounding beaches host numerous beach kiosks where you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine or a good cocktail, enjoying some typical appetizers. Some good spots are the Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, the seafood restaurant Trattoria Rossi in Pittulongu, and Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with good local cuisine.
