This lovely apartment, located in a building with lift in front of the Grand Canal, is a mix between two style: Venetian way and modernity.
There is also a large terrace where you can enjoy a good breakfast or a glass of wine during the warm season.
This apartment, located exactly in front of the train station, but on the opposite side of the Grand Canal, is a great starting point for exploring the city as it's situated near the Vaporetto stop of the Railway that will take you everywhere, from Rialto and Piazza San Marco to the beaches of the Lido or directly to the airport. It's reachable in a few minutes walking from the railway crossing a single bridge while from Piazzale Roma crossing two small bridges. The Santa Croce district, where it's located, is also one of the most characteristic and residential of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If you prefer a dinner in the intimacy of home, you will find a supermarket at 400m.
Composed of living room with sofa bed and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower, it is suitable for couples or families, up to a maximum of 4 people. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with wi-fi internet access, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and TV.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.
